-Orders: A non-refundable $50 partial payment (plus tax) is due prior to any dress order, and will be deducted from cost of dress. If the ordered dress/es are unsatisfactory, then one dress will be ordered until customer is satisfied up to a maximum of 3 dresses. For dresses valued over $500, a $75 non refundable partial payment is due. All sales are final.
-Alterations: Alterations are an additional cost and are done by an independent contractor and is not an employee of Hey Gorgeous Formal Wear. Therefore their pricing cannot be estimated by Hey Gorgeous Formal Wear and no discounts can be given off of the cost of alterations. The seamstress can accept or decline alterations at her discretion. Alteration cost is dependent upon amount of alterations done and is at the discretion of the independent contractor. If an alteration is taking longer than anticipated, there is a reason for it in regards to the alterations being more complicated than anticipated, please allow enough time and patience for the seamstress to make the dress perfect. Full dress amount is due prior to any alterations being done.
-In Store Purchases: All dress sales are final.
-Dresses that have been ordered and/or paid for will be held up to 2 weeks total. After two weeks, the dress will be put out on the sales floor and a store credit for a dress only will be issued.
-Tuxedo/s must be paid for in full prior to order being placed.
-Once tuxedo is removed from the store, it is stated that the customer is satisfied with the tuxedo and no replacements will be done after this point.
-Late fee: Our store charges a $25 late fee on any items returned after the date the item is due. Each additional day late is an additional $25.
-For any tuxedo that is measured to the customers preference, against traditional measurements, that later has to be fixed by Hey Gorgeous Formal Wear, will be charged according to work done and time taken to fix.
-For week-of rentals, Hey Gorgeous will do the best they possibly can to ensure the best fit, but it is the customers responsibility to allow enough time to receive replacements. The latest a replacement can be ordered is Thursday before 5pm (Jims Formal Wear) or Thursday before 3 pm (Formal Knight).
-Wedding Parties: There will be one credit card information that will be taken and the owner of that single card will be responsible for the wedding parties rentals meaning late fees, damaged and/or missing items unless we are contact with another form of payment.
Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if a tuxedo order is cancelled 7 days or less prior to event.
- There are no cancellations during prom.
